My newborn started comfortably in it - she is now three years old and is still perfectly comfortable! The crib features acrylic slats to accent its clean lines and also provide an airy open feel. The crib has a simple white finish and is expertly crafted from solid eucalyptus wood, acrylic, acacia veneers and MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). The wood is kiln-dried, a process that ensures that the furniture will never split, warp, crack or mildew. The Mattress platform is crafted of metal and has two height options to accommodate your growing baby. Finish is applied in child-safe, water-based paint, which provides durability, depth of color and richness. We are also including Pottery Barn's Lullaby Supreme Crib Mattress, which is durable, safe and easy to clean (waterproof outer layer). We LOVE this crib and mattress. They are in wonderful condition, with zero scratches or dents. This will make any nursery room feel cool and chic, yet delicate and airy. It is also unisex, depending on the bedding of course. We would keep it forever, but our child is moving into a bed!
