Sofa is in good condition – moderately used, no damage but with a few minor stains. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home. Super comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. AptDeco will handle pickup and delivery! On a personal note, we had this sofa for the last 12 years (we bought it new for $$$) and served us well as both a living room sofa initially and then as a guest room sofa and sleeper bed. Our parents visiting enjoyed sleeping on it. We are now renovating our apartment furniture and it’s time to pass this on to someone else. Enjoy!
