Seller's Notes:PB Comfort Collection Square Arm Sleeper Sofa with full sized mattress. Sofa was an investment at initial purchase over ten years ago but still has a very solid structure and lives up to its “comfort” name. (Read: You get what you pay for!) Has some discoloration due to spot treating over the years but can be reupholstered or cleaned. No exposure to children, pets or smoke. Selling to make room for a new sofa in a new home. Good buy for the right new owner. Matching chair and a half (in good condition) also available.
