Seller's Notes:Selling my Pottery Barn Pearce Sectional in the Pebble Performance Boucle Fabric. This couch was purchased 2 years ago and is basically like new. There are no stains or rips to worry about with the couch. Unfortunately, we are moving to a condo and do not have room for the couch. It is by far the most comfortable couch I have ever had. Guests come over and never want to leave. The hardest part of downsizing is getting rid of this couch. Brand new it costs $5,900 with tax and shipping. Need to get this out by the end of the month so make an offer!
