Seller's Notes:I bought this sofa to fit into my large living room. It's fantastically comfortable! My 6'5" husband and I (5'8") can each lay down on the sofa without touching - it's huge, and totally comfy. It would be perfect for a family room or TV room, and the everyday suede has held up really well to wear and tear. There are a few marks on the arms (pictured) that you can see if you are looking for them, and one small ink mark on one of the cushions, but otherwise it's in fantastic shape. I had a cleaner in my house every two weeks, so it's been regularly vacuumed. It was steam cleaned twice, once just a week ago as I prepped it for sale.
