Seller's Notes:Great couch but a little too big for our current apartment. Slip covers are washable (recently washed) and new ones can be purchased from pottery Barn. The mentioned tears on the underside of cushions are about 3x3 inches and are hidden as long as you keep then on the current side. Slight teats on arms as shown in photo. And ink stain as shown in photo. This couch is very comfortable, great for watching Tv or even for guests sleeping over as it's more comfortable than a pullout. Despite tear we've kept this couch very clean.
