They are nearly perfect condition. These have been sitting wrapped in storage. They are ready to be free in a new home. Selling as a set, I also have 6 more 8x10 frames FYI. - Note the interiors have Mats that can be used or you can also put pictures in front of the mats to accommodate larger photos. -This set is for six- 5x7 pics and two 8x10 pics (outer frames are larger than these measurements obviously. - Message me for more info or make an offer
