There is a built-in desk as well with lots of drawers for storage! This is VERY gently used. If there is any wear and tear it is minor scratches and maybe scuffs. But it is in excellent condition. Ladder is fixed and cannot be moved. Ladder features a landing at the top. Adjustable levelers provide stability on uneven surfaces. A bunk mattress must be used on the upper bunk; do not use a box spring. Mattresses are sold separately. Create room for two by adding an extra bed below. Twin Bed Designed with classic beadboard paneling, a desk and built-in storage. Desk can be used inwards or outwards facing.
