Espresso finished pieces are expertly crafted of kiln-dried solid mahogany and mahogany veneers for the look of an heirloom. Crafted of meranti, a tropical hardwood with a long, beautiful grain. The top and side panels are crafted of mahogany veneer over MDF. MDF is an engineered wood that lends exceptional strength and ensures the dresser’s structural integrity over time. Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew. The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture that has flawless surfaces and consistent color tones, and that will not be subject to cracking. Finished by hand on all sides using an exclusive multi-step process that results in exceptional depth of color, then sealed with a protective lacquer.
