This is a custom couch and we paid approximately $6K for it brand new in April 2017. We bought it when we lived in a different house and it’s now just a little bit too big for the living room in our new house. We have a dog, she is allowed on the couch but she is hypoallergenic and does not shed. We are a non-smoking household. Some slight discoloration from the sun on the back of the couch as we used to have it facing against a window - other than that it’s in fabulous condition. Priced to sell as our new couch will be here in a couple days. You need to be able to transfer the sectional yourself, you will need a truck or a van.
