Seller's Notes:Recently moved and remodeling. This sofa is in very good condition other than very minor pilling on 2 seat cushions only. Slipcovered sofa is in a Pottery Barn performance fabric (color Pebble) which makes it super easy to clean stains. All of sofa fabric is removable and can be washed in washer (with no agitator) or dry cleaned. This sofa was previously in a studio apartment and fit perfectly !
