It is in new condition, no stains, rips or signs of wear. Extremely comfortable, deep and high quality cushions. Pet-free home. The weight of this couch and quality is 10x what you will get from west elm, speaking from experience. Slipcovers come off for easy washing, great for a home with kids or pets. If we hadn't ordered our other couch nearly a year ago, we would have kept this one. Pickup available May 22nd or later.
