Instructions are all still wrapped, cord is still wrapped up, all the hardware is wrapped up and ready to go. Nothing is missing. This doesn't require hardwiring - which is why I bought it! Easy installation I'm sure. Made of delicate translucent Capiz shell pieces. White with silver details/accents. Silvery, clear cording.
