Crafted of poplar, a medium-density hardwood that’s straight-grained and uniform in texture. MDF is an engineered wood that lends exceptional strength and ensures the product’s structural integrity over time. Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew. The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture with flawless surfaces and consistent color tones. Finished in Warm Dusk or Warm Black, which is applied by hand in oil based stain. Drawers feature English dovetail joinery and side mounted metal glides, which ensure smooth motion. Two drawers hold legal or letter-sized files; file glides are included and can be removed if desired. Finger groove panels for easy opening.
