Seller's Notes:Very lightly used (around 3 months) sectional couch- very minimal/unnoticeable wear and tear. Recommended for households/apartments with NO pets. Child friendly and easy to clean, but not scratch proof. Besides some very minute fraying/pilling (shown in photos is all there is), it's basically new and unsoiled, as I've had a plastic cover and blankets over it. The cushions are memory foam, and fabric is a tight-weave polyester. There is under storage, and an option to pull out to cushions to make it a sleeper couch. The back cushions can be removed, but the seat cushions cannot. I can provide the additionally purchased blue and grey throw pillows (18" x 18") and a lumbar pillow (12" x 20") with removable covers, and I can send photos of them if wanted. Comes from a non-smoking house, but I do have cats. The covers have blocked 99% of any hair, and all that has touched the couch is what has slipped under the cover. Even so, I will be sure to clean the couch prior to anything. Located in downtown Akron, near Akron University.
