Seller's Notes:This blue plaid pullout couch and arm chair (+ two throw pillows) make for a stylish set that will brighten your living room and entertain your guests. Great as an extra queen sized bed for friends and family members to use when they visit from out of town. Pullout was very rarely used. I am moving apartments and selling so I don't have to pay for movers. Aside from wear and tear from over the years, the sofa back frame is splintered (see picture) but still has years left if treated well.
