Seller's Notes:This is a wonderful and comfy armchair that is in excellent condition (some minor scratches on the legs and some slight parts were thread is worn through but it is a wonderful vintage chair. It is hard to provide specific provenance but it is a Chippendale style wingback chair, and those chairs are 18th century, with even the modern reproductions being made by 1940s. Sadly it is probably not an original Chippendale as those are 15,000 USD and upwards! It is however an excellent vintage comfortable chair that is wonderful to sit in or curl up in as the wingback makes it very easy to be supported while you do so!
