Seller's Notes:Chocolate Brown loveseat originally purchased from Pier 1 Imports for $700 (http://www.pier1.com/Ansel-Loveseat---Cordovan/2600399,default,pd.html?cgid=sofas#start=1&sz=92&showAll=92) in excellent condition (there is a minor scrape/tear to the leather on the back of the sofa, which is difficult to see unless it's pointed out. You can't see it at all if the back of the loveseat is flush against a wall). It has not been exposed to smoke or to pets. My husband are in the process of redecorating and are hoping to find it a new home.
