Seller's Notes:Chair was purchased from Pier 1 about 10 years ago. The white sherpa fabric is in great condition - no stains, tears, or pulls. A wooden piece of the chair back snapped but it does not impact the use. The max height of 40 inches can be adjusted as the base and chair back are not connected. 250lbs weight limit. Has been in a home with cats. There are no issues I have with it, just redesigning my living room and don’t have a fit for it :)
