Seller's Notes:This is an amazing sofa! Super comfy and is compact, does not take up lots of space and easy to fit into any NYC apartment. It feels spacious and comfortable to sit on!It was extremely well taken care of, no pets, smoke, and a clean home. It was also covered with a cover, so it is almost like brand new. It was bought brand new from Pier 1 Imports, I am its only owner. One of the arm rests is slightly caved in due to the arm resting there but it is not very noticeable, I took a picture of it. All photos are real, taken by me, not from the manufacturer's website so you can see the ACTUAL condition of the sofa. The legs of the sofa are without any scratches, as are the sides, see photos.
