Seller's Notes:Both the couch and love seat are in near perfect condition. I am so sad to be selling this set, but recently moved into a smaller place, and these couches were too large and would not fit. Looking to send them to a good home. Constantly getting compliments on these couches- both at the lovely "Anthropologie-esque" print and how terribly comfortable the couches are. They don't make couches this comfortable anymore! Some facts about the maker- Pennsylvania House has gone through some ownership changes and today much of their production has moved offshore like most other brands. This piece, however, dates from the 90's when Pennsylvania House was still producing all of their high-end pieces right here in their original USA workshops. Real handcrafted solid wood frames, precision made-in-USA construction, hand-tied springs and an obsessive attention to detail were the hallmarks of Pennsylvania House in those days. Fabric shows slight wear/discoloration in some areas, however a simple professional clean will have it white again. Couch= 7'5" x 37" x 2'9" Loveseat= 6'4" x 38" x 2'9"
