Seller's Notes:Vintage sectional purchase in like-new condition 6 years ago and well loved since. Structurally great, modular, perfect for those looking to reupholster and make it theirs! Three sections (one love seat portion and the longer part of the L shape) have had the bulk of the wear and tear indicated in detailed photos. Other sections remain still in high quality condition/rarely used (I split the couch into two rooms, one with more use). While sold as a complete unit, due to the size and modularity this could easily be broken up into one smaller sectional or one sectional + chair cushions, or two sectionals. For future owners aiming to maximize the full size the best candidate will be those excited to reupholster with custom fabric - if splitting into smaller chunks there are enough sections with good condition to do so. Added dimensions: seat height is 17”. The two dimensions of the L shape- 132/142.5 Front to back on the chaise- 66 127 across the front Couch has great bones, solid wood, construction that you will not find with a new couch!
