Seller's Notes:Item is brand new, but was delivered with the left arm of the chair slightly detached. The manufacturer would not give us a refund because we waited two weeks after delivery to raise the issue, and we couldn’t prove that we didn’t cause the issue. The manufacturer said that it is an easy and inexpensive repair for any furniture repair company. Also, the chair and arm are fully functional, it’s just an aesthetic issue.
