Seller's Notes:These Nichols $ Stone chairs are the most comfortable dining chairs I know. They have a molded seat that creates a comfortable fit and the backs have been fitted to support your back. From internet description: One of Nichols and Stone popular Windsor Chairs models. The seat is deeply scooped and the chair is pitched to fit your body; you need to sit in this chair to appreciate how comfortable a wood seat can be. Made from Solid American Birch. Even though vintage they are solid and will last for many more years. One chair, although usable, needs some TLC by repairing the dowels in the back which have become separated from the top due to the dryness caused by the heating in New York apartments. Some rungs have been glued because they too, as with all good wood, suffer during the winter heating. I am moving to Mexico to a fully furnished condo and must sell all my furniture.
