Seller's Notes: the futon is in great condition. the arms come off so it can fit through all doorways. the only problem it has is a manufacturing defect, which are the arms are loose. other than that there are no problems to it at all. the top cushion can be removed for washing. when the futon is laid down to sleep on the dimensions are 84w x 48d x 18h.
