Seller's Notes:We are moving to CA in a few weeks and would love to sell this fast. This is a microfiber couch so it's perfect for those with kids or pets (this has never been around pets). So easy to clean (pop the seat covers in gentle cycle wash, dryer for 20-30 mins and it looks fresh again; back covers are easily spot cleaned!) We bought this UNUSED from a seller and we have only used it (and taken care of it!) for 4 years in a super clean non-smoker apartment. The sleeper part has only been used 2x. It's a queen sized sleeper so you can have your guests over! Legs have visible scrapes on the wood but could probably be covered with wood repair markers if it bothers you. It did not bother us aesthetically so we did not repair them.
