Seller's Notes:Bought this along with the apartment to use temporarily. Now looking to sell it as we're creating a built-in banquette as a replacement. It's a recently re-upholstered piece with a solid wood frame that is in fantastic condition. The fabric has a velvet-like feel and comes in a rich navy blue color that's gorgeous (we're going to have the banquette seats in the same type of fabric). The previous owners didn't reply to our email asking for details on the fabric or date of the previous work unfortunately. To us, this is a great-quality piece, but pricing it low to sell and because we don't feel comfortable charging a lot when we have these unknowns ourselves. Hoping to give this a nice new home!
