Seller's Notes:Great natuzzi leather sectional with ottoman ready for delivery or pick up in Ridgewood, New York. Pieces are in good condition from a smoke and pet free home with matching ottoman that is dark brown. It is an 8 yrs old comparable to Brooklyn Model currently on natuzzi.us -The springs on one piece could use repair -tear in the cushion (see photos) -sag in part of back cushion (see photos) -some small tears on the bottom of both pieces Could be restored easily and has much life left in it, just moving to smaller space and cannot fit. I hope it brings you as much happiness as it does me and my husband.
