Seller's Notes:For sale is a Natuzzi leather loveseat in excellent condition. There are no tears, scratches, burn marks etc. It's been in a clean, non-smoker's apartment with no children or pets around. The leather is soft and supple, and the cushions still have lots of life left in them. I guarantee no weird smells or anything like that. Must sell as I'm moving soon. This is a real Italian-made Natuzzi, not their lower, less expensive "Italsofa" line. The dimensions are the perfect size for smaller NYC apartments.
