Seller's Notes:Selling Sofa only (Love Seat has been sold) .Couch is about 7-8 years old i believe and were purchased for around $1800. I have looked them over thoroughly and i truly can not find any stains / rips / tears / imperfections. The love seat even still had the tag on it! Couches were always treated well- no babies / children, pets or smoking. Couches are made of microfiber and have never been treated with any chemicals for cleaning. The sofa's middle and right cushion are broken in a bit, but just feels natural as if the couch has been used after a few years. All cushions are non-removable. Here are the approx. dimensions: Sofa: Length: 90" Depth: 38" Height: 35" I can give a hand carrying out to truck, but buyer must come pick up from my home in Massapequa NY Any questions please let me know.
