Seller's Notes:We got this couch brand new as a housewarming gift 4 years ago because it fit the space nicely and made the room it is in. since we were only two adults at them time so it got minimal wear, and now that we have 2 children we really try to limit their playing on the couch and only use it for sitting, we like to refer to it as house rules. We are selling our couch because we are moving and it won't fit in our new place :(.
