Seller's Notes:Hi, I had this couch custom-made from a Danish brand called Eilersen (they're amazing) for a house in the Catskills that I sold late last year, and I just don't have space for it in the city. It's in a beautiful grey-brown textured fabric (it's in the basement here, and the pictures really don't do it justice), and it's unbelievably well built. With the chaise and matching ottoman (included), I paid almost $10k for it, and it's in basically new condition. I expect it to last for may years -- probably decades. Right now, the couch is in a storage unit in Cortlandt, which isn't too far from the city. It can be picked up there or we can arrange delivery to the city or elsewhere.
