Seller's Notes:This is a custom Montauk Sofa Julian Couch that is 10 feet long so please make sure this item can fit in your elevators and doorways before purchasing. For the first 8 years, it was barely used as it was in a room without a television so it doesn't have that much wear and tear for its age. There is a stain on the side of the couch close to the back that happened during a move and it's not really noticeable by guests as it's lower to the ground. The fabric is textured and it was the Abridge fabric in Sand. The seat is 5.5 inch foam with a down wrap. It's the perfect couch for a family of 4 to watch a movie and still have your individual space. Will add in 4 pillows.
