Seller's Notes:A very attractive, comfortable and well constructed mid-century modern couch. This couch is large, 90.5" long x 33" wide x 32.5" high, and very heavy, about 100 pounds. I bought it instead of similar ones because it can seat 1200 pounds so I knew it would be sturdy. Similar couches can only hold about 700-800lbs. Also, a great feature for apartment living is, there is no 5th leg underneath the middle of the couch, so there is 6.75" of clearance for storage. I tuck my treadmill and gym mats under there so I can easily slide them in and out to use everyday. This couch has served me well. The only reason I'm selling it is because my allergies are really bad and its time for hypoallergenic furniture. Its sad to part ways but it is for the best. I bought it about 5 years ago. Has minimal wear, a couple of strings hanging off the fabric and one place under the cushions that is worn (pictured). Overall its in very good condition. Currently these are on sale on Amazon at $1120 and they list for $1971.75.
