Seller's Notes:Awesome piece of furniture! “Step Tansu” has three separate pieces that fit together as stairs or shelves and can also be taken apart and used separately as 3 pieces. It’s a unique modular piece especially for NYC apartments. The side pieces are identical and drawers/doors open on both sides, so it can be used in various ways in a room. I’ve been using it as a room divider but unfortunately have recently downsized apartments and it no longer fits :( In full transparency, there are a number of scratches that happened in the move but they are only noticeable up close. There’s also an “old wood” smell inside the drawers— I'm told it will go away with some airing out.
