Seller's Notes:Modloft is a Miami-based brand dedicated to delivering exquisite furniture pieces. This 2-Drawer Nightstand from their Broome collection was purchased in August of 2018 and is about 5.5 years old. It has been in one place/one bedroom since its purchase. This piece is in great condition with only a couple of minor handling scratches near the drawer handles. The drawers are made of a light Latte Walnut with stainless steel handles, the nightstand itself is a beautiful brushed concrete material with an attached stainless steel base that matches the rest of the collection. It weighs 71lbs. and has soft-close drawers (non-slamming tracks). While a cat has not spent much time around this piece as she's not allowed in the bedroom, I do live in an apartment where a cat lives. The piece is easy to clean, though, and doesn't require much upkeep.
