Seller's Notes:This beautiful writing desk has a lovely aged feel to it. The base was painted in Heirloom Traditions ALL-IN-ONE Paint in the color “Bone”. A special patterned technique was applied to drawer fronts and the entire piece was gently distressed. Original hardware was updated in silver giving this piece, a vintage yet modern look. Can also be used as a vanity or accent piece. Three working drawers have been lined with coordinating decorative paper. I love finding beauty and putting energy into producing something that can make our living spaces more beautiful. I love walking past some of my rooms and getting that joyful feeling when my space is just how I like it. I seriously enjoy sharing that with other people. It's good for the mind and soul; I seek out furniture that calls my name first and foremost. I definitely have a style that speaks to me. Sometimes furniture comes to me - people donate old pieces, or someone has a family heirloom they want to restyle. No matter where I find the furniture, as long as it is repairable, good quality, and has a beautiful shape, I'm interested in seeing what it can become!
