Seller's Notes:We bought this set from a furniture dealer who was moving back to his home country and selling inventory new. it was brand new when we got it, and it continues to operate perfectly. Top slides open and shut perfectly. No wobbling and only minor wear on corners. Chairs are in great shape, no cuts or perforations, or marks. Our family has used this occasionally on a weekly basis (we usually eat in the kitchen). We need a more child-friendly table, which is arriving soon, so we are very motivated to sell it! Please note dimensions are approximations since I forgot to measure when i photographed the table.
