Seller's Notes:A one seat Mitchell Gold sofa in microfiber for sale. Condition is excellent. There is one deep seat cushion and comes with 2 long pillows. The seat and pillow cushions are removable to machine wash. We've had it for a few years and upgrading to a sectional which is reason we are selling. We are a pet and smoke free home (house - no stairs/elevator if moving on own). Color is sand/golden. See last picture which is more like the true color. Dimensions: 85 inches length x 29 inches height x 35 inches depth (single seat cushion measures 33 inches depth) Retailed for $3-4k a few years ago. Pet-free and non-smoking home.
