I purchased this with the highest quality sleeper mattress available, but only ever used it a few nights a year. Exterior fabric and inside mattress cover both in excellent condition. No light/exposure damage to grey fabric or decorative furniture nails. This is a very comfortable, stylish sofa and I’d absolutely keep using it, but I now need a large L-shaped style sofa. It sits around 2 inches off the ground (between the legs) so you can get a Swifter or low-profile vacuum underneath it. The sofa has been professionally deep cleaned by a furniture cleaning service every 12-18 months. Pet free, smoke free, virus free house. No stains. Original purchase price: $5000.
