Seller's Notes:This is a great sectional with custom fabric that was purchased in 2008, and is begging to be reupholstered! The cushions are still mostly full and comfortable, but the fabric has been worn down in certain spots, as can be seen in the photos. The areas worn down are most noticeable on the seat cushion of the Left Arm Chaise and the arm rest of the Right Arm Sofa. The legs also have a few scratches as seen in the photos. -Includes one Right Arm Sofa and one Left Arm Chaise **Please note that at the link provided in this listing to the Mitchell Gold website, the Right Arm Sofa piece is a 3 seater with 3 cushions. The sectional being sold is as pictured, with the Right Arm Sofa being a 2 seater with 2 cushions.
