Seller's Notes:This Clifton sectional is still in great shape. It has many years left, but the configuration doesn't work in my new apartment. It was exposed to a cat for the first year I had it (no exposure for the past 4 years). I've had it professionally cleaned since then. There are a few dark marks but they are not very noticeable. The material is called soft suede. I believe the color is gargoyle which is a mix of grayish brown. It's a very neutral color. This is a right arm sofa with a left arm chaise. When the 2 pieces are connected, the sofa side measures 114" in length and the chaise side is 79" in length.
