Seller's Notes:A beautiful piece, but too big for our space now that we've moved from Houston to New York. The material has stood up really well to our cats over 15 years, but there's some minor fraying (see picture). There's also some slight discoloration on the wood base (see picture). We had main cushion re-filled and re-covered about 5 or 6 years ago so it's in good shape, and despite a little sun fading on the main upholstery you'd never know the cushion wasn't original.
