Seller's Notes:For sale is a futon that folds down to a full size. It is ~10 years old but has only received light use as it was in our finished basement used as a guest couch/bed. The cushion is firm but not hard...very comfortable. There is minimal wear on this item. No visible scratches or issue that I see. I don't recall the original price of the item.
