Seller's Notes:Purchased and custom made in High Point, NC, these chairs are beautiful at any formal dining room table. The fabric is sunbrella performance fabric, so very durable and easy to clean! The primary wear and tear on these chairs is minor scratches on legs and some staining on fabric. Fabric is a beautiful natural houndstooth pattern. The original line of chairs is the "Julia" and the fabric is "Sensational-Parchment". These chairs have no mechanical or structural issues, but they are very stylish and unique in their buttoned-up closure in the back. Originally, each chair retailed for approximately $2,000(total set worth-$8,000). The set is being sold here for only $300/chair!!!!

This is a soft tailored style. Soft tailoring is a type of upholstery in which the end result is a much more casual piece. The skirts are not lined, and will drape naturally, sometimes that can mean that they are uneven. Welt lines can be wavy, and you will find comfort wrinkles through out the piece.
