Midcentury Modern GPlan Teak Dining Table
Product details
Seller's Notes:A good Mid-Century Modern G Plan teak extendable dining table from the "Fresco range", designed by V.B. Wilkins, stamped 1966. The table from G Plan's iconic Fresco range, the table having rounded ends that slide apart to reveal a fold-out self-stored 'butterfly' leaf, the table signed with the red G Plan tag to the underside. The table will easily accommodate eight when extended, condition is very good. This listing has some features that make it better than other vintage table listings. The table was refinished and protected in 2012 with a fresh coat of protective marine-grade varnish (by Dr. Teak in Los Angeles at a cost of $654). The table is almost perfect but with two minor rough spots on the surface consistent with a piece of this vintage. We are also including a custom built protective pad for if you want to use the table for game nights, crafting, or with little diners who might be a little messy. The protector is visible in one of the pictures and was made my Berger Table Pads in Indianapolis, IN for $278.57. Measures: 28.75" tall x 82" wide extended (64" wide when closed) x 44" deep.
