Seller's Notes:This piece is in great condition, is made of solid wood, and has fantastic construction quality. It has 4 folding chairs (also solid wood) and can very comfortably seat 4 people when both leaves are extended. The piece has an extremely small footprint when it is in its most compact form and the whole piece is on wheels which makes it easy to move around. A wonderful piece if you have a small studio apartment or major space constraints!
