Product details
Seller's Notes:Awesome set of eight vintage chrome “Thin Line” dining chairs designed by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin, circa 1970s. The 1188 chair by Milo Baughman is touted as being his favorite chairs. He even chose it to use in the home of his business partner Thayer Coggin. Featuring Milo's signature thin and airy squared off tubular chromed steel frames that support the seats, and it gives the impression that the person sitting is floating. Thick comfortable padded seats and backs with padded arms professionally upholstered in a thick, plush, luxurious green fabric, which gives the chairs even more elegance. Designed in the 1960's but still looks fresh, a mark of a timeless classic. These dining chairs will elevate your experience at the table and would work great in a Mid-Century Modern home or penthouse apartment but could also look fantastic in a contemporary, Hollywood Regency or Postmodern room.
