Seller's Notes:Brass standing lamp with Chestnut faux leather wrapped. The widest point on the standing lamp itself is the base of 12". The widest point of the lamp shade bottom is 19". Microsun is the brand. They specialize in indoor lighting that's great from reading lamps or crafts. It has a mercury filament housing that allows you to use their specialty bulb or regular light bulbs. The lamp is very sturdy and not easy to knock over, which is great if you have pets or kids. This particular style has been discontinued from the website, but is very similar to the library of congress floor lamp, but has a round base instead of square base.
