Seller's Notes:These chairs were purchased about 15 years ago at a department store in the furniture section. They came as a set and were assembled. They are very sturdy and comfortably plush to sit in. The chairs seat at a median height - not low or high. They have been sustained for more than a decade by simply patting them down with a damp cloth to keep them dust free. Thy are upholstered with brown micro-suede material and are stain free. It comes with a turn screw to keep the legs tightened. If these chairs are sat in everyday for long periods of time, then the turn screw can be used to inspect and tighten the legs and seat of the chair once every two years if needed. Otherwise, the chairs are strong and pleasant for decor at any dining table. They are sold as a set only. There is only one flaw and that is a slight tear on one of the chairs at the top towards the right edge. It's very miniscule and didn't occur due to use or mishandling. It happened about 6 years ago when trying to rub it down with a harsher cloth. There are NO other tears or flaws. The chairs are exactly as pictured.
